Virtue Photography was started in 2003 by Lisa Virtue, the founder and primary photographer.
Lisa specializes in capturing the beauty of her subjects by primarily using natural light. All projects are shot with high end digital cameras.
Virtue Photography is committed to preserving and protecting the natural environment. Protecting the environment and conserving natural resources is not only personally important to us, it is imperative to the continued success of our business.
• We print double-sided on re-used and/or recycled paper
• We refuse, reduce, re-use, and recycle everything possible
• We practice water, waste and energy conservation
• We are actively seeking products that have the lowest impact on the environment possible
• We offer press printed products on 100% PCW recycled paper from a press powered by wind energy
• We use a carbon-neutral printer for all paper printing (including marketing materials), with at least 80% of their paper from recycled content, soy and vegetable-based inks which are low in Volatile Organic Compounds
• We provide digital proofs after your event to reduce the amount of paper and printing waste. Prints and albums are created after customer's approval and upon request.
• We use all rechargeable batteries
• We use a home-based office and studio to reduce our carbon footprint
• Virtue Photography has been certified as a Green Photographer in 2010 by greenerphotography.org
